The Yamaha YEP-642II Neo is a professional, dual-bore euphonium designed for solo and ensemble playing and has become a staple in the professional euphonium world. Designed in collaboration with brass band conductor Bill Millar, the YEP-642SII features an 11 4/5” yellow brass bell, a .591”/.661” bore, 3+1 compensating valve configuration with Monel valves, and a clear lacquer or silver-plated finish.
The YEP-642II has a tone that blends well with baritone and tenor horns and produces a tone color that soloists require with excellent projection and energetic response.
