Testimonials

The entire staff there are so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Bianca in particular has a special gift of listening to what the customer says, asking questions and then makes well informed suggestions. I find the business model Schmitt uses to be a very refreshing, no pressure, very focused on the customer's needs. I live in the 1000 Islands region of Upstate NY, but choose to deal with The Flute Gallery because of the excellent selection of products coupled with amazing customer service, and highly qualified staff.

Schmitt Music has been our go-to music resource since the day Alex started to play the flute. As Alex continued to develop musically we wanted to take her instrument up a notch. We tried out many different flutes and headjoints over the course of 6 months in order to find the perfect match. Alex loves her new flute and it sounds beautiful! Thank you!

Amazing work, knowledge, and patience from your whole team! It took me over 2 months for find my dream flute, and Bianca was so accommodating and patient with me throughout the process. Because of her, I was able to take my time to be really confident in this big decision. She made this process very easy, painless, and fun :) Your repair team also did far from disappoint! Your newest addition, Ryne, did magic on my flute. He cleaned and fixed my flute with such precision and elegance. I loved the flute before it was fixed up, but he made it sing even more beautifully than I ever thought possible.

Every single staff member that we have encountered at Schmitt has been very patient and always knowledgeable, particularly Rachel and Bianca in the Flute Gallery. They are experts in their field and helped us find the right flute for my son. I can't say enough good things about our experiences here.
