The Scott Cao 950 violin is constructed from curated tonewoods, with European maple for the ribs, back, and neck, and Italian spruce for the top plate. Fitted with an Indian ebony fingerboard and Hill style ebony fittings and finished in Scott Cao's Morgan Hill Studio, the Scott Cao 950 is an ideal violin for the high level student ready to push their playing to new heights.
They are set up and tonally adjusted by the Paul A Schmitt Workshop. These violins are available in different selected copies of famous historical instruments. To learn more about the available copies please contact us at violinshop@schmittmusic.com.
