Protec PRO PAC PB309CT Bass Trombone Case

The Pro Pac PB309CT Bass Trombone Case is one of the of most popular aftermarket cases in the Trombone Shop. It fits most bass trombones, accommodating bells up to 11” (279.4mm), including both open and closed wrap horns.

Its weather-resistant exterior, crafted from durable 1680 ballistic nylon, reinforced with zig-zag stitching, provides reliable protection for all transport, including air travel. The case features rope handles, a shoulder strap, and a padded handle wrap for comfortable carrying.

The case is compatible with Protec’s optional backpack straps (model # BPSTRAP), sold separately.

Inside, the plush padding safeguards your instrument against scratches. An adjustable padded strap with a buckle closure ensures your instrument stays securely in place, while the roof of the case provides padded slide storage with a hook-and-loop closure.

The case boasts ample storage space with accessory compartments, both padded and secured with zipper closures, to accommodate all your essentials, including a separate padded mouthpiece pouch.
