The Bach C190 series trumpets have defined the sound of symphonic brass in symphony orchestras throughout the world. The SL229 features a newly designed #25 M leadpipe, providing intonation stability and better slotting of notes. A #229 yellow brass bell allows for focused projection and the ability to better color sound. A two-piece valve casing offers better feedback for the player and more overtones for a more complex sound.
